Lunch: 1 slice of toast and 1 cooked or boiled egg.
Dinner: 1 cup of tuna, ½ a banana or some other fruit and a cup of ice cream (vanilla).
In order to get better results, you should include physical activity. You should perform exercises adequate for your activity level. For instance, overweight persons should walk around the neighborhood, but those people who are active can perform different exercises such as working on the treadmill, swimming, jumping rope, running or walking.
