If you are trying to lose weight here is a drink receipt that will help you achieve your goal.

You just need honey, lemon, and cinnamon.

How it works: Honey, lemon, and warm water will help you improve digestion, cleanse your body of toxins and help with weight loss. This is mostly because of the pectin in lemons that help you feel full for longer.

This drink creates an alkaline atmosphere in your stomach, which assist in the better breakdown of fat.

Cinnamon also improves digestion, but also helps regulate the production of insulin and helps with the breakdown of carbohydrates.

How to use it

What you’ll need:

  • 1 teaspoon of powdered cinnamon
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 glass of warm water

A method of preparation:
