The recipe is very simple. You’re going to prepare the best crispy fries without an abundance of harmful oil!

Abundant amounts of oil and salt can contribute to the appearance of high levels of cholesterol, obesity as well as other dangerous health problems.

HERE ARE THE INGREDIENTS IF YOU WANT YOUR HEALTHIEST POTATOES, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 5 or 7 washed and peeledpotatoes
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt
  • Sweet pepper

PREPARATION:

Slice the potato chips in an elongated form as we all love them.

Beat the egg whites until they become foamy. Add the pepper and salt.

Put the potatoes in a container and combine them with the eggs.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Take a tray and put some baking paper on it.

Put the potatoes on that tray. Bake them at least 10 minutes. Leave them to rest so that they can chill and consume them warm.

These amazing crispy potatoes can be consumed any time you like! Add a little bit of any sauce for an extra taste and enjoy!
